Her work sits at the intersection of customer growth, operational scale, and AI adoption, with a particular focus on how a modern CS function can be reshaped to support rapid expansion. A firm believer in Partly’s value of buyer obsession – her personal favourite – she is relentlessly focused on understanding what customers need and removing every barrier between them and value. She is passionate about building high-performing teams that put the customer at the centre of everything they do.
