With two decades of experience leading change across sectors and industries—from early-stage startups togovernment and global enterprise—she brings a sharp, strategy-led approach grounded in how real people work, adapt, and lead through change.

Currently leading the digital transformation of New Zealand’s national radiology services, Janine is rethinking how tech, systems, and humans interact in one of the country’s most high-stakes environments. She’s also building Get Lit and the LITVERSE, platforms designed to help underrepresented founders navigate the evolving landscape of tech, leadership, and growth.

As the head of Speakers Tribe NZ, she’s cultivating a national community where leaders sharpen their thinking, storytelling, and presence—because in this climate, attention is leverage.
