She’s also the founder of Holdmine, a purpose-led digital platform supporting whānau to plan, share, and navigate critical life information, especially during times of loss or change.

With a background spanning entrepreneurship, innovation consulting, engineering, sales and governance, Melissa brings a human-centred lens to complex systems and a deep commitment to building technology that serves people meaningfully.
