Scott Willson

Scott is co-founder and CEO of Antlar, an AI-enabled platform purpose-built for body corporate management, an industry managing $1.4 trillion in Australian property assets through legacy technology.

Scott’s first company, Forbury, scaled from his Christchurch kitchen table to a global commercial property analytics platform used by CBRE, Savills, Colliers and Lendlease. Forbury sustained a 36% annual growth rate for a decade across New Zealand, Australia and the UK, before being acquired by Altus Group in 2023.

Scott is based in Christchurch and is now building Antlar with some of the same team he worked alongside at Forbury, applying the lessons of the first company to the second, with a sharper view of what matters early.
