Nik is responsible for product, engineering delivery, customer operations and platform resilience across a medication management platform used throughout New Zealand and Australia, when she was recently at MediMap.

With experience spanning healthcare, identity, credit and data ecosystems, she has worked with organisations including Experian, Equifax, GBG Group and NHS England and Wales. Her work focuses on the intersection between operational systems, security, resilience and the real-world environments where technology failure has immediate human impact.
